The finished bracelet is generally approximately 1–2cm larger than your actual wrist measurement, depending on the design and bead size. This allowance helps provide a comfortable fit.

• Standard Adult Size: Choose this if your actual wrist measures approximately 18cm; the finished bracelet will generally be around 19–20cm.
• Custom Sizes at No Extra Charge: Available for wrist measurements from 15–20cm. Please provide your exact wrist measurement with your order.

Care Instructions

To help preserve the matte finish and extend the life of the elastic cord, follow these simple care recommendations:

• Roll the bracelet gently onto your wrist and avoid pulling excessively.
• Remove before showering, bathing or swimming.
• Avoid prolonged contact with perfumes, lotions and other cosmetics.
• Store in a dry place when not in use.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, eligible non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to the applicable returns policy and the item being in its original condition.
