The finished bracelet will generally be approximately 1–2 cm larger than your actual wrist measurement, depending on the design and bead size, to allow for a comfortable fit.

• Standard Adult Size: Choose this option if your actual wrist measures approximately 18 cm. The finished bracelet will generally measure around 19–20 cm.
• Custom Sizes at No Extra Charge: Wrist sizes from 15–20 cm are available. Provide your exact wrist measurement with your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, eligible non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to the applicable returns policy and the item being in its original condition.
