Measure around your wrist snugly, without adding extra length. An adult wrist often measures around 18 cm, although the ideal fit varies from person to person.

Custom wrist sizes from 15 cm to 20 cm are available at no extra charge. Please provide your actual wrist measurement when ordering. The finished bracelet may include a little ease for comfortable wear.

Your bracelet is made to order according to the personalisation details you provide. Personalised and custom-made items generally cannot be returned simply because you change your mind, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If your item arrives faulty or the personalisation differs from the details you supplied, please contact us so we can help. Eligible non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days, subject to the applicable returns policy and original-condition requirements.
