Choose Your Bracelet Size

For the best fit, measure around your wrist snugly, without adding extra length. An adult wrist often measures around 18 cm, although sizes vary from person to person.

We offer custom wrist sizes from 15 cm to 20 cm at no extra charge. Please provide your actual wrist measurement when ordering so we can make your bracelet to suit you. The finished bracelet may include a little ease for a comfortable fit.

• Avoid overstretching the elastic cord.
• Remove before showering, bathing or swimming.
• Avoid prolonged contact with perfume, lotions and other cosmetics.
• Store in a dry place when not wearing it.

Personalised Orders and Returns

Your bracelet is made to order according to the personalisation details you provide. Custom-made and personalised items generally cannot be returned simply because you change your mind, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If your bracelet arrives faulty or the personalisation differs from the details you supplied, please contact us so we can help. Eligible non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days, subject to the applicable returns policy and original-condition requirements.
