Choose Your Bracelet Size

For a comfortable fit, measure around your wrist snugly without adding extra length. An adult wrist measurement is often approximately 18cm, although the best fit varies from person to person.

Custom wrist measurements from 15cm to 20cm are available at no extra charge. Please provide your actual wrist measurement when ordering so your bracelet can be made to suit you.

The finished bracelet may measure slightly larger than your wrist measurement to allow for comfortable wear and the bead design.

Jewellery Care

To help maintain the appearance of your Raspberry Pearl bracelet:

• Roll it gently over your hand and avoid overstretching the elastic.
• Remove it before showering, bathing or swimming.
• Avoid prolonged contact with perfume, lotions and other cosmetics.
• Store it in a dry place when not wearing it.

Returns and Personalised Orders

As this bracelet is made to your chosen specification, personalised and custom-made items are not eligible for return simply because you change your mind, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If your item arrives faulty or the personalisation differs from your order because of an error on our part, please contact us for assistance.

Eligible non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days, subject to the applicable returns policy and the item being in its original condition.
