Choosing Your Bracelet Size

For the best fit, measure around your wrist snugly without adding extra length. The standard adult wrist measurement is approximately 18cm, but everyone's wrist is different.

We offer custom wrist measurements from 15cm to 20cm at no extra charge. Please provide your actual wrist measurement when ordering so your bracelet can be made to suit you.

The finished bracelet may measure slightly larger than your wrist measurement to allow for comfortable wear and the bead design.

Jewellery Care

To help keep your Orange Pearl bracelet looking its best:

• Roll it gently over your hand rather than pulling the elastic excessively.
• Remove it before showering, bathing or swimming.
• Avoid prolonged contact with perfume, lotions and other cosmetics.

Returns and Personalised Orders

Because this bracelet is made to your chosen specification, personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned simply because you change your mind, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If your item arrives faulty or differs from the personalisation you requested due to an error on our part, please contact us so we can help.

Eligible non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days, subject to the applicable returns policy and the item being in its original condition.
