Find Your Best Fit

For the best fit, measure around your wrist snugly without adding extra length. A typical adult wrist measurement is approximately 18 cm. The finished bracelet may measure around 19–20 cm depending on the design.

Custom wrist sizes from 15 cm to 20 cm are available at no extra charge. Enter your actual wrist measurement in the personalisation box if you need a custom size.

Returns and Personalised Orders

As this bracelet is made to your specifications, personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded simply because you change your mind, unless the item is faulty or there has been an error with your order. Eligible non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days in their original condition, subject to the applicable returns policy and consumer rights.
