Sizing & Perfect Fit Guide

For an accurate fit, measure around your wrist snugly using a flexible tape measure or a piece of string. Do not add extra length to the measurement you provide.

A standard adult actual wrist measurement is approximately 18cm. Depending on the design and bead arrangement, the finished bracelet will usually measure approximately 19–20cm.

We can make bracelets for custom actual wrist measurements between 15cm and 20cm at no additional charge.

Care Instructions

Avoid excessive stretching to help preserve the elastic and the shape of your bracelet. Gently roll the bracelet onto your wrist rather than pulling it forcefully over your hand.

Remove before showering, swimming or using lotions and perfumes. When not wearing it, keep your bracelet dry and store it away from unnecessary moisture and stretching.

Return Policy

Standard non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days provided they are in their original condition.

As personalised bracelets are made specifically according to your chosen text and design, custom-made and personalised items are non-refundable unless the item is defective or has been made incorrectly due to an error on our part.
