Your bracelet can be personalised with up to 12 characters, giving you plenty of space for a short name, initials, a special date, a meaningful word or a combination of letters and symbols. The personalised beads are selected according to the style you choose from the drop-down menu, so you can create the look that suits you best.

You can use A–Z letters, numbers 0–9, zodiac symbols such as ♈, hearts, stars, smileys, moons, cute symbols, plus signs, ampersands, flowers and more to create a design with your own meaning.

Sizing & Perfect Fit Guide

For the best fit, measure your wrist snugly using a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string. Please provide your actual wrist measurement without adding extra length. We use your measurement when preparing the bracelet.

The standard adult actual wrist measurement is approximately 18cm. The finished bracelet will usually measure around 19–20cm, depending on the personalised design and arrangement of the beads.

Custom actual wrist measurements between 15cm and 20cm can be made at no extra charge.

Care Instructions

To help keep your bracelet looking beautiful, avoid excessive stretching and gently roll it onto your wrist rather than pulling it over your hand.

Remove the bracelet before showering, swimming or applying lotions and perfumes. Keep it dry when not being worn and store it away from moisture and unnecessary stretching.

Return Policy

Standard non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days, provided they are in their original condition.

Because personalised bracelets are made specifically to your chosen design, custom-made and personalised items are non-refundable unless the item is defective or has been made incorrectly due to an error on our part.
