Sizing & Perfect Fit Guide

To achieve the best fit, please measure your wrist snugly with a flexible tape measure or a piece of string. Do not add extra length to your measurement — we will allow for the comfortable fit of the finished bracelet.

Standard Adult Size: For an actual wrist measurement of approximately 18 cm, the finished bracelet will usually measure approximately 19–20 cm, depending on the design and bead arrangement.

Custom Sizes: We can make your bracelet for actual wrist measurements from 15 cm to 20 cm at no extra charge. Please provide your exact snug wrist measurement when ordering.

For personalised designs, the available space can vary depending on the number and type of letter or symbol beads used. If you require more than 12 characters, please contact us before ordering so we can check the layout for you.

Care Instructions

To keep your personalised bracelet looking its best, avoid excessive stretching and roll it gently onto your wrist rather than pulling it tightly. Remove your bracelet before showering, swimming or applying lotions and perfumes. Store it in a dry place when not being worn.

Return Policy

Standard, non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days provided they are in their original condition. Because personalised bracelets are made especially for you, custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or there is an error on our part.
